Ebola Outbreak in DR Congo Becomes Deadliest in History

Kinshasa. The Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo) has become the deadliest in the country's history. According to government statistics, 2,325 people have died from Ebola so far, and 4,945 have been confirmed infected.

According to the latest data released by the DR Congo's public health institution, 101 new infections were added in the last 24 hours. This is the 17th outbreak of Ebola in DR Congo.
