Tanahu District Administration Office Implements New Token System

Tanahu. The District Administration Office, Tanahu has brought a new token system with a screen into operation to manage the crowd of service recipients and make service delivery more convenient and organized.

The office has started providing services such as national identity card, passport, citizenship, and citizenship certificate through the new system from Monday. With the implementation of the new token system, it is expected that the compulsion for service recipients to wait in line at the office for hours to wait for their turn will be removed. The District Administration Office has stated that the system has been developed in such a way that service recipients do not have to stay in the office premises for a long time after taking a token until their turn comes.
