Police Assistant Sub-Inspector Arrested in Kathmandu Robbery

Kathmandu. A police assistant sub-inspector has been found to be involved in a robbery in Kathmandu. Police have arrested assistant sub-inspector Krishna Bahadur Shahi, who works at the Metropolitan Crime Investigation Division, after he was found to be involved in the robbery in Tokha.

He was arrested a few days ago by a team deployed from Maharajgunj Police Circle. District Police Range Kathmandu SP Dan Bahadur Thapa told Ratopati that assistant sub-inspector and Jivan Ghataani Bik, a resident of Sindhupalchok, were arrested. Police have recovered Rs 123,000 in cash from them.
