Supreme Court Constitutional Bench to Decide on Property Investigation Commission Petitions

Kathmandu. The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court will now decide on the writ petitions filed against the 'Property Investigation Commission'.

Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma has directed that these petitions be presented to the Constitutional Bench, deeming that they involve serious constitutional interpretation questions.
