Nepali Congress Spokesperson Devraj Chalise on Constitutional Amendment and Party Decisions

Lalitpur. Nepali Congress spokesperson Devraj Chalise has said that constitutional amendment is a serious matter and it should be linked with citizen ownership, rights, representation, and trust in the state.

Presenting the decisions of the Nepali Congress Central Working Committee meeting held from Shrawan 24 to Bhadra 1, he mentioned that the constitution of Nepal, promulgated by the Constituent Assembly in 2072 BS, is a historic achievement of the people's continuous democratic struggle and aspirations.
