BMUCO is going to Organize a Lecture on Extraterrestrial Life with Abraham Loeb

BMUCO is going to organize a lecture on Extraterrestrial Life on 25th August 2021 . One of the most fascinating areas in astronomy is the quest for alien life. The strange interstellar object ‘Oumuamua’ provided the first preliminary hints close to Earth. We might be a basic and common type of life in the universe, similar to ants in a kitchen. If that’s the case, the new frontier of “space archaeology” can teach us a lot from others out there. The talk will include material from both Loeb’s book “Extraterrestrial” and his comments.
