SURKHET/KALIKOT, Aug 19: It took Dorje Gurung, 21, of Dolpo Buddha Rural Municipality Ward 6 in Dolpa three days to reach the district headquarters to obtain citizenship. After getting the document on the fourth day, he took another three days to return home. By the time he reached home, a week had passed.
