3-Year-Old Girl Found Dead in Simara; Rape and Murder Suspected

Kathmandu. Preliminary police investigation shows that a 3-year-old girl found dead in Simara, Bara, was raped and murdered. The girl, Garima Chaudhary, who had been missing since August 16, was found dead on Tuesday evening in an empty house in Simara Sub-Metropolitan City-1.

Barra SP Narendra Kunwar told Rato pati that preliminary investigation revealed she was raped and murdered. After her body was found in an empty room of a single-story house belonging to Bir Bahadur Rokaya in Simara Sub-Metropolitan City, the police mobilized trained dogs to investigate the incident.
