Rastriya Swatantra Party Leader Ravi Lamichhane Holds Meeting Amidst Growing Dissatisfaction

Kathmandu. Dissatisfaction from ruling party MPs towards the government led by Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has started to grow, prompting party chairman Rabi Lamichhane to hold a group discussion with ministers and MPs. The discussion, which lasted for about 3 hours at the parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar on Wednesday, saw Lamichhane instruct, 'Present your grievances and problems calmly only within the party and parliamentary party.'

According to MP Lima Adhikari, this was the first informal discussion between ministers of respective ministries and MPs. 'Everyone openly shared their problems and grievances. The ministers of the concerned ministries responded to the questions raised,' Adhikari said. 'After listening to the ministers and MPs, the chairman urged to present any problems in a calm and balanced manner to the party leadership, ministers, and the parliamentary party.'
