Bagmati Government Formation: 3-Party Alliance Stakes Claim

Makwanpur. Bagmati government formation has been claimed by UML MP Kiran Thapa Magar from the 3-party alliance. The appointment and oath of Thapa, who submitted the claim to the Province Chief with the support of 63 MPs from UML, CPN, and RPP, will only take place on Thursday.

RPP, which had decided not to get involved in the government formation game, has suddenly agreed to participate in the Bagmati Province government. RPP has decided to participate in the provincial government against the central directive and has supported UML's provincial assembly member Thapa for the chief minister.
