Students engage in investment activities with local govt’s support

By Prem Adhikari, Ilam, Aug. 20: Rong Rural Municipality in Ilam district has started involving students in income, savings, and investment from the early stages of their educational career. To develop the habit of saving among the poor and make it easier for them to pursue higher education, the local government has started involving students studying in the rural municipality in financial transactions.
