Kalimati Market Sets Wholesale Prices for Fruits and Vegetables on Bhadra 04, 2083

Kathmandu. Kalimati Fruit and Vegetable Market Development Committee has determined the maximum wholesale price of agricultural produce for today. According to the committee, the wholesale price per kilogram is Rs 90 for large tomatoes (Nepali), Rs 100 for large tomatoes (Indian), Rs 48 for small tomatoes (local), Rs 65 for small tomatoes (tunnel), Rs 51 for red potatoes (long), Rs 53 for red potatoes (round), Rs 53 for red potatoes (muddy), Rs 40 for red potatoes (Indian), Rs 78 for dried onions (Indian).

Similarly, local carrots are priced at Rs 120 per kg, Tarei carrots at Rs 80 per kg, local cabbage at Rs 50 per kg, local cauliflower at Rs 110 per kg, red radish at Rs 30 per kg, white radish (hybrid) at Rs 35 per kg, long eggplant at Rs 40 per kg, and round eggplant at Rs 50 per kg.
