Ministry of Agriculture Promotes Organic Fertilizers to Reduce Chemical Use

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forest and Environment has put forward a policy to minimize the increasing use of chemical fertilizers and promote organic and biological fertilizers for soil health protection and sustainable production.

Ministry Secretary Dr. Rajendra Prasad Mishra clarified this at a meeting of the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee held at Singh Durbar on Thursday.
