Nepali Congress Policy Institute Concludes Seventh Meeting

Kathmandu. The seventh meeting of the Nepali Congress Central Policy, Research and Training Institute has concluded. The meeting, held on Shrawan 28 and Bhadra 4 under the chairmanship of party Vice-President and Institute Chief Bishwaprakash Sharma, discussed contemporary issues as well as various policies and action plans.

The meeting expressed deep sorrow over the incident of abduction, rape, and murder of a three-year-old girl in Jitpur Simara Sub-Metropolis-1, Bara, terming the incident as cruel, barbaric, and demonic. The institute has determined that the state's irresponsible behavior towards citizen security, despite receiving timely information about the girl's abduction, hindered the intensification of the search operation.
