UAE Announces $10 Million in Emergency Humanitarian Aid for Nepal Flood Victims

Kathmandu. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced the provision of emergency humanitarian assistance worth 10 million US dollars for citizens affected by the devastating floods and landslides in Nepal.

The aid was announced under the directive of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The UAE stated that the assistance is being provided with the objective of offering immediate relief to the affected communities, given the significant loss of life and property, and the large number of injured and missing citizens due to the floods and landslides.
