‘Justice for Garima’: Activists Take to Streets in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: A protest was held at Maitighar in Kathmandu demanding justice for three-year-old Garima Chaudhary, who was allegedly raped and murdered in Jitpur Simara Sub-Metropolitan City-1, Bara.

Activists and family members gathered at Maitighar carrying placards that read, “Justice for Garima Chaudhary,” “Down with the 118 Women Representatives,” “Where is the National Women Commission?” and “Hang the Rapists.”
