Dr Shrestha and former secretary Khanal to receive Hem Bahadur Malla Honour

Kathmandu: The Public Administration Association of Nepal (PAAN) has announced that Dr Ram Kantha Makaju Shrestha and former secretary Rameshwar Prasad Khanal will receive the Hem Bahadur Malla Honour for their significant contributions to public administration, public service, management and institutional development.

At a press conference jointly organised by PAAN and Salt Trading Corporation Limited on Friday, the association announced Dr Makaju Shrestha as the recipient of the 2081 BS Hem Bahadur Malla Honour and former secretary Khanal as the recipient of the 2082 BS honour.
