Chair Ghising demands punishment against guilty

Kathmandu, Aug 22: Ujjyalo Nepal Party chair, Kulman Ghising, has demanded strict action against the culprits of the Jitpur, Bara incident, where a toddler was murdered after rape.

Former minister Ghising issued a statement today and demanded a fair investigation into the incident and bring the culprits to justice.
