Baglung. Saraswati Secondary School in Sukurdung, Dhorpatan Municipality-9, which has been facing a shortage of classrooms, has got 12 new classrooms and eight toilets. The school's physical infrastructure has improved after Gorkha Welfare Trust Nepal constructed a well-equipped building in eight months at a cost of Rs 26.8 million.
The construction of the new building has made teaching and learning easier in the school, which had been facing problems due to a shortage of classrooms for a long time, said Principal Tham Prakash Jaisi. A total of 431 students are currently studying at the school located in a remote area.
