Landfill Collapse in Conakry Kills Unspecified Number of People

Kathmandu. In Guinea's capital Conakry, a heap of 'landfill' garbage collapsed on neighboring houses after heavy rainfall early Sunday morning, killing several people, eyewitnesses and the district chief told AFP.

The exact number of deaths has not been given.
