Rupandehi Chamber of Commerce to Hold 48th Annual General Meeting on October 12

Butwal. The 48th Annual General Meeting of the Rupandehi Chamber of Commerce is to be held on Ashoj 26. The association's working committee meeting decided to hold the general meeting on Ashoj 26 and also assigned various responsibilities for preparation. The meeting, chaired by the association's president Krishnaprasad Parajuli, distributed responsibilities to the office bearers and working committee members for the preparation of the general meeting, informed General Secretary Suman Basnyal. A committee has been formed under the convenership of former president Dilip Sapkota for the amendment of the bylaws in the general meeting. The committee will complete the necessary process for the amendment of the existing bylaws of the association and present the proposal in the general meeting. Similarly, a bag and food management committee has been formed under the convenership of working committee member Kiran Kharel. General Secretary Basnyal has been given the responsibility to prepare the annual report for the general meeting and Treasurer Bishal Belbase has been given the responsibility to prepare the financial report. Currently, about 1,100 industrialists are affiliated with the association, which is the common organization of industrialists in Rupandehi. The 48th Annual General Meeting of the association will be organized in the association's own building located at Butwal-4, informed the Chief Executive Officer of the association Yadavprasad Bhandari.
