Nagdhunga-Sisnekhola Tunnel Opens to Private Vehicles

Kathmandu. The Nagdhunga–Sisnekhola tunnel has been opened for private vehicles as well. According to the Department of Roads, private vehicles with a capacity of up to 9 passengers have been allowed to use the tunnel from 9 AM on Monday.< /p>

Private vehicles such as cars, jeeps, vans, and other private vehicles with up to 9 seats can travel to and from Kathmandu–Dhading through the tunnel. Earlier, emergency vehicles, ambulances, and government-plated vehicles were allowed to use the tunnel.< /p>
