Technical Education Faces Enrollment Shortfall Amid Declining Student Attraction

Kathmandu. It has been observed that students are not enrolling in programs under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) across the country according to the available capacity.

In the year 2081 BS, out of a capacity of 38,463 for diploma level, only 25,248 students were registered, and by 2083 BS, out of a capacity of 32,345, only 24,005 students were registered.
