Malaysia Employs Centralized System for Foreign Worker Recruitment, Restricting Nepali Agencies to 25

Kathmandu. Discussions have been ongoing since last Saturday regarding the Foreign Worker Centralized Management System (FWCMS) for employment in Malaysia. This discussion arose after only 25 manpower companies in Nepal were listed in such a system to send workers for employment in Malaysia.

Last Saturday, Malaysia decided to proceed with the foreign worker recruitment process through the FWCMS. Implementing this decision, a limited number of manpower companies from 10 countries, including Nepal, have been listed in the system.
