High risk of flash flood predicted

Kathmandu, Sept 2: The Flood Forecasting Division, the Centre of Hydrology and Water Resources Research has reported that the water level in the Bhotekoshi, Trishuli, and nearby rivers are expected to rise today, and there is a high chance of flash floods.

Saraswati Bista, a flood expert at the Division, urged residents in the riverbank areas in Rasuwa and Nuwakot to be highly alert.
