Kathmandu Metropolitan to Provide Aid, Free Education to Children of Ganesh Nepali After Self-Immolation Death

Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has announced that it will provide humanitarian assistance to the family of Ganesh Nepali, a ride-sharing driver from Mugu who died after attempting self-immolation in front of the Department of Passports, along with free education for his children and employment for one family member.

In a press release issued on Saturday, the metropolitan city said its upcoming executive meeting will formally endorse the decision to provide humanitarian relief, ensure free education for the deceased's children, and offer employment to one member of the bereaved family.
