Weather Forecast: Monsoon Influence Across Nepal with Heavy Rainfall Warnings

Kathmandu. Currently, the monsoon wind's influence is present across the country. The monsoon low-pressure line is around its average position, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Meteorological Forecasting Division stated.

Currently, the Himalayan and hilly regions of the country are generally cloudy. The plains of Koshi and Sudurpaschim provinces are generally cloudy, while the remaining plains are partly cloudy. Light to moderate rain is occurring in one or two places in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces.
