Rasuwagadhi Customs Office and surrounding areas face flood risk

Kathmandu. The Ministry of Finance has shown concern over the severe flood in the Bhote Koshi river in Rasuwa and the damage it has caused in the Timure and Syabrubesi areas. Minister of Finance Dr. Swarnim Wagle has started direct coordination with the Rasuwa Customs Office and its subordinate bodies to make the search and rescue operations effective in the flood-affected areas.

A few hours ago, the water level in the Bhote Koshi increased, creating a major crisis in the areas around Timure and Syabrubesi. The high-level leadership team of the Ministry of Finance has become active to address the situation after the flood.
