Trishuli River Water Level Exceeds Alert Level Due to Bhote Koshi Flood

Kathmandu. The water level in the Trishuli River has crossed the alert level due to the flood in Bhote Koshi in Rasuwa. According to the Flood Forecasting Division, the water level of the Trishuli River at the Furke water measurement center in Malekhu has risen above the alert level and is still on the rise.

As the water level in the river has been continuously increasing, the division has urged the residents living in the flood-risk areas around the river and the general public traveling through the corridor to exercise high caution.
