The department has issued an 'Extremely Urgent Notice' today, warning of strict action to control potential black marketeering and price hikes during the disaster. The department has expressed deep sorrow over the significant loss of life and property caused by the flood in the Bhote Koshi river flowing through Rasuwa on August 26 and expressed condolences to the bereaved families.
