165 Bodies Recovered in Rasuwa Flood, 826 Still Missing

Kathmandu. As of 8:15 AM on Thursday, 165 bodies have been recovered from those missing in the flood in Rasuwa. The Ministry of Home Affairs' National Emergency Operation Center has provided information about the significant human loss due to disasters in various parts of the country.

The ministry's data shows that 826 people are still missing. Among those missing are 85 security personnel. According to the center's chief, Phadendra Prasad Paudel, 'The missing security personnel include 44 from the Nepali Army, 28 from Nepal Police, and 13 from the Armed Police Force.' Other missing persons include 161 from Rasuwa and one from Nuwakot.
