CPN-UML Spokesperson Niraj Acharya Criticizes Government Actions

Kathmandu. CPN-UML Publicity and Publication Department Chief Niraj Acharya has stated that the mandate in a democracy should not be understood as arbitrariness. Hinting at the current government's activities, Acharya said that the mandate given by the people is for public welfare, but its arbitrary misuse is serious.

Writing on social media today, Acharya stated that it is inhumane to try to displace landless, homeless, and impoverished citizens taking shelter in holding centers after floods and inundation without alternative arrangements.
