135 Rescued After Bhote Koshi River Flood, 73 Still Missing

Bardia. After the flood in the Bhote Koshi River in Rasuwa on August 10, 135 people from Bardia have been rescued. Of these, 29 have returned home, and two are undergoing treatment.

According to Disaster Focal Person Lok Prasad Dhakal of the District Administration Office, Nandlal Gharti of Basgadhi-2 is undergoing treatment at the National Trauma Center, and Ramprasad Tharu of Barbardiya-1 is undergoing treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.
