Former Gorkhapatra Daily General Manager Basant Prakash Upadhyay Dies

Barah. Gorkhapatra Daily's former General Manager Basant Prakash Upadhyay died today. He was found unconscious today in the Chautaro in front of Gahwamai Temple, Ward No. 4, Birgunj Metropolitan City, Parsa. Locals informed the police after seeing 55-year-old Upadhyay, originally from Bhanu Municipality-1, Bhansarpul, Tanahun, in an unconscious state.

A police team from Ward Police Office Birta, upon receiving the information, rescued Upadhyay and took him to Narayani Hospital Birgunj for treatment, informed Parsa District Police Office Spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police Chakra Bahadur Malla.
