ANSU Chairman Deepak Dhami and other leaders arrested

Kathmandu. Police have arrested ANISU Chairman Deepak Dhami and other leaders. Police arrested Chairman Dhami and other student leaders during a peaceful protest organized by ANISU in front of Singha Durbar on Wednesday morning in protest of suspicious parking at the media gate and on the road in Kathmandu on Monday, informed ANISU leader Gopal Nepal. According to him, those arrested include ANISU Central Chairman Dhami, ANISU Election Commission Chairman Jit Prasad Sitaula, Secretariat Member Bishal Khadka, Valley Special Bagmati Province Coordinator Ravi Magar, Central Member Vishnu Upreti, Law National Committee Secretary Sudip Thapa, and Siris Buda. ANISU has demanded the unconditional release of the arrested student leaders.
