Prashant Kishor Wins Bankipur Assembly Bypoll by Over 19,000 Votes

Bihar. Jan Suraj Party founder and election strategist Prashant Kishor has won the Bankipur assembly seat by-election. This seat had become vacant after BJP National President Nitin Naveen was elected to the Rajya Sabha.

Voting for the Bankipur assembly seat was held on July 30. Less than 35 percent voting took place during this, which led to various speculations.
