Tribhuvan International Airport Security Office Warns Against Smuggling Gold

Kathmandu. The Tribhuvan International Airport Security Office has requested Nepali citizens returning from abroad not to bring gold and precious items by falling for the temptation of unknown persons or brokers.

In recent days, it has been found that some Nepali citizens, while returning to Nepal after working in various countries like Dubai, Qatar with labor permits, are being urged by unknown persons, brokers, and gold smugglers to bring gold chains, other precious metal ornaments, and items to Nepal by showing financial temptation.
