Municipal Police to be Punished for Abusing Woman

Kathmandu. Action will be taken against the municipal police who abused a woman in Birendranagar. Birendranagar Municipality, issuing a statement on Wednesday, stated that it has taken serious note of the incident and informed that action will be taken against the municipal police who abused the woman.

A video of the municipal police abusing a woman has gone viral on social media. The abuse was inflicted upon a woman selling kaafal (fruit) in a dale doko.
