Former PM Dahal 'Prachanda' Stresses Discipline Without Coercion for Civil Servants

Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has stated that civil servants should not be subjected to any kind of coercion or pressure in the name of making them disciplined, diligent, and responsible.

Addressing the Civil Servant Honor Program organized in Kathmandu on Saturday on the occasion of Civil Service Day-2083, he emphasized that civil servants should work impartially, responsibly, and in a people-oriented manner within the limits of the constitution and law.
