Hami Nepal Removes Donation QR Code After Backlash Over Bhotekoshi Flood Fundraising

Kathmandu. Hami Nepal has removed a bank QR code from its Instagram page after facing criticism on social media over fundraising in the name of victims of the Bhotekoshi flood.

The move comes after the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA) warned against unauthorized collection of financial donations in the name of disaster relief.
