CPN UML to Challenge National Human Rights Commission Report in Court

Kathmandu. CPN UML is going to court against the National Human Rights Commission's report on the Jenji movement. In a statement issued by UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel on Friday, it has been stated that the report prepared regarding the incident that took place on Bhadra 23 and 24 is prejudiced, malicious, and conspiratorial, and if necessary, preparations are being made to go to court.
Before going to court, UML will urge the commission to review the report. In the statement issued by General Secretary Pokharel, it is mentioned that the future strategy will be decided by keeping the rule of law, the constitution, and democratic values and norms at the center as a conclusion.
