Artificial Lake Breach Causes Flood Alert in Nepal

Rasuwagadhi. The artificial lake formed due to a landslide in the Tibet region on the Nepal-China border has burst again, and the resulting flood has reached Syaphrubesi.

The Flood Forecasting Division has urged high alertness, fearing the impact of this flood could extend to the Trishuli riverine area up to Mugling.
