Nepal Women's Beach Volleyball Pair Secures Silver Medal in CAVB Championship

Kathmandu. Nepal's Sunita Rai and Bhavana Dangi's pair has won a silver medal in the CAVB Beach Volleyball Championship. The Nepali pair was limited to the runner-up after being defeated by India's Deepika and Pabitra's pair in the final held in Thimphu, Bhutan on Sunday.

In the beach volleyball organized by the Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA), the Nepali pair took the first set in their favor 21-17. After that, unable to maintain excellent rhythm, the Nepali pair lost the second and third sets. The Indian team won the second set 21-15 and the third set 15-5.
