Speaker Aryal Urges All Tiers of Government to Ensure No Citizen Feels Lack of State Presence During Disasters

Dhading. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has urged all three tiers of government to advance rescue, relief, and rehabilitation efforts in such a way that no citizen affected by natural disasters feels the absence of the state.

After observing the flood-affected area of Bhote Koshi in Galchi, Dhading, he stated that it is the government's primary responsibility to make citizens feel the presence of the state during disasters. "How quickly the victim families receive relief and feel the presence of the government is important," said Speaker Aryal. "Not a single affected citizen should be in a situation where they say, 'I couldn't find the government.'"
