Nicaragua Defends Case Against Germany at UN's Top Court Over Gaza Aid

Kathmandu. Germany will present its defense at the United Nations' top court on Monday in a case filed by Nicaragua accusing it of aiding Israel's military campaign in Gaza through arms and military support.

Nicaragua has accused Germany of violating the 1948 Genocide Convention and international humanitarian law at the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Germany, however, has denied the allegations. Tania von Uslar-Gleichen, head of the legal team, stated that Nicaragua's claims are baseless in both fact and law.
