International Women's Day

Let's talk about the world and society today, let's talk about the indispensable power of this society, let's discuss female power and female leadership.  The elements of any man's life are deep-rooted in the love of mother's arms, the warmth of his mother's veil, sister's affection, his wife and her affection, all of them, and his intense love. As a man, sometimes my writings and expressions might take a male perspective but my utmost sincerity in respecting and horning every woman on this planet and advocating for a world of gender equality.  An enabled world can only be manifested through equality and the theme of the campaign for 2020's International women's day is #Eachforequal.

Individually, we are all responsible for our thoughts, actions, and perspectives on creating a gender equal world- all day, every day.

Today is the International Women's Day of March 9, the International Women's Day, also known as Women's Day. When it comes to global perspectives, on special days like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day, people show respect to their mother or loved one, but today is the accumulation of all such feminine days. Not just feminine days but of every other day which advocates for any form of equality.

Let us remember each and every one of those female characters who have shown affection and compassion in our lives, be grateful for all of them, and show our commitment to honor them forever. People all over the world wear the purple ribbon and express solidarity for women power and equality.
The society is so plagued by extremist ideas and narrow religious thinking that still women are blamed as witches and treated inhumanly. The image of wild social structure appear when a women is beaten and humiliated and her prolonged struggle for justice. The murder case of Nirmala (Nepali Teenager who was raped and killed) is yet to be solved, Goosebumps of fear when recalled that several rapists and harassers are still roaming with a dignified face in our society, what sort of society and system are we all aspiring and striding towards? The real essence of International women's day cannot be delivered in this society where unspeakable horrors prevails amidst the brightness of a day, for a nation seemingly inured to cases of rapes and sexual violence against women, horrific cases gets watershed. Justice is yet to be served, may this day speak loudly till the silent parliament about the delayed justice. May our leadership also start thinking about the rehabilitation of victims and preventive aspects, banning any thoughts of violence against women is more important than banning pornographic. Gender equality and violence against women now should not just be a political issue , this should shape the real structure of society and we all need to be together in doing so, let's join our hands shall we?

May the voices of gender equality and gender friendly methodologies echo from roads to parliaments. Be it Debi, goddesses, Panchakanyas or Living God Kumari, Nepali society and Santana philosophy has always integrated the importance and essence of gender equality and female leadership into it. From beauty to equality, from glamor to global leadership, world will admire its mothers, sisters and friends to see leading.

Bringing a Sanskrit sloka to wrap-up for today, ''यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवता'' where women are worshipped the god resides there. Women are the living goddesses of mother form, which is an important cause of nature and of the social circle, both waves of beauty and equality continue to grow, wishing all mothers, grandparents, sisters and all female of this planet, a very meaningful international women's day.
