डिभीका सम्बन्धमा फोन या ईमेलबाट गरिने सबै किसिमका सोधपूछहरु ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्रमा गर्नुपर्नेछ । नेपालमा सोमबार देखि शुक्रबारसम्म (बिहान ८बजेदेखि बेलुका ८बजेसम्म) सो केन्द्रमा फोन नं:१-८००-०९१-०११४ मार्फत संपर्क गर्न सकिनेछ । अमेरिकामा रहनुहुने महानुभावहरुले (७०३) ९८८-३४२८ मा संपर्क गरी सोधपूछ गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ । निवेदकहरुले [email protected] मा ईमेल गरेर पनि जानकारी लिन सक्नुहुनेछ ।

Tonight at 10:00 pm (Nepal Time), the results for the Diversity Visa 2017 will be released. Please visit: https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ after 10pm to check your status.
Inquiries regarding diversity visas should be directed to the customer service center via phone or email. In Nepal, the service center can be reached at 1-800-091-0114 from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday-Friday. Callers in the United States can reach the service center at (703) 988-3428. Applicants can also email the service center at [email protected].
Beware of scams:
•The Embassy does not send DV winners emails informing them of their selection.
•The Embassy does not send e-mails, letters or announcements asking you to pay a processing fee in advance of your visa appointment.

The results for DV 2017 will be released on May 3, 2016 at 9:45pm. Selectees may enter their DV-2017 entry confirmation number into the Entrant Status Check at https://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ to find out whether their DV-2017 entry was selected or not. DV-2017 data will be available through the Entrant Status Check until at least September 30, 2017. All entrants should keep their confirmation number until September 30, 2017, whether they are initially selected or not. The Entrant Status Check, will provide next-step instructions to selectees, and will direct each selectee to the "Instructions for Selectees" web pages, which are accessible on http://travel.state.gov, or by entering the web address http://dvselectee.state.gov/
DV-2017 selectees who respond to the notification instructions on Entrant Status Check will receive e-mail communications alerting them that a visa appointment has been scheduled. Such e-mails will not contain information on the actual appointment date and time but will instead direct selectees to check their interview appointment details on Entrant Status Check.
All diversity visa applicants must create a profile at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/np. The profile will facilitate inquiries, document submission, and visa collection.
