Washington DC. US President Donald Trump has claimed that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Iran is akin to 'unconditional surrender.' He also stated that the conflict demonstrated the vastness of his presidential powers. In an interview with the news outlet Axios, Trump claimed that the US military is the world's most powerful military force and claimed a complete military victory over Iran.

During the interview, journalist Mark Caputo asked Trump, 'You initially said you wanted unconditional surrender, but the current MOU doesn't seem like that, does it?' In response, Trump said, 'Actually, it is probably unconditional surrender.' When the journalist sought further clarification, he said, 'I think so.'
