Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Lingden Accuses Defectors of Staging 'Drama'

Kathmandu. Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has accused those who left the party of merely staging a 'drama'. Addressing the party's central committee meeting, which began on Friday, he claimed that the move by some to leave the party in the name of principles and ideology was planned and conspiratorial. A few weeks ago, General Secretary Dhawal Shamsher Rana and others had left the party.

Chairman Lingden said, 'Some people have left saying the party has deviated from its ideology. But in reality, this is just a drama to weaken the RPP.'
