Government Decides to Present Four Replacement Bills in Federal Parliament

Kathmandu. The government has decided to present four replacement bills in the Federal Parliament. A cabinet meeting held on Friday approved the presentation of replacement bills in Parliament to amend the laws related to Cooperatives, Public Procurement, Prevention and Control of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, and Health Professional Education Commission, informed Communications Minister Vikram Timalsina.

According to the decisions of the meeting made public by the government, the replacement bills to be presented in Parliament include the Bill to Amend the Cooperatives Act, 2074, the Bill to Amend the Public Procurement Act, 2063, the Bill to Amend the Prevention and Control of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act, 2064, and the Bill to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Health Professional Education Commission.
